The Metallurgical Company "Mordovvtorosyrje" has been working on the secondary market of non-ferrous metals for more than 20 years. At present the Company is the largest recycler of nonferrous metals and their alloys scrap and waste in the Russian Federation, as well as a producer and exporter of aluminum alloys.
Company development history:
- 1999 - Registration of the first company MK MVS. Initially the company was engaged in small wholesale trade of non-ferrous metal scrap.
- 2002 - The first reflection furnace for secondary aluminum melting with the capacity of 160 tons of finished products per month was put into operation.
- 2003 - Construction of another 3 reflective furnaces for secondary aluminum smelting with the total capacity of 1000 tons of end products per month.
- 2004 - The first batch of aluminium alloys produced by MK MVS was exported.
- 2007 - The year was marked by the start of construction of a metallurgical complex, a plant of MK MVS Company. The establishment of the company's own automobile transport company.
- 2008 - Merger of companies into the Group of Companies under the single brand of MK MVS. Quality Management System certified in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001 was developed and implemented.
- 2009 - Registration of MK MVS trademark in Russia. The Company was ranked number one in Russia in terms of export volume of secondary aluminum alloys.
- 2010 - International registration of MBC trademark under the Madrid Agreement, access to the London Metal Exchange.
- 2011 - Received a diploma from the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation "The most dynamically developing Russian exporter - nonferrous metallurgy".
- 2013 - The Company was recognized as the best environmentally responsible enterprise of the Republic of Mordovia.
- 2014 - The line for casting small-sized ingots in pyramidal form, used in ferrous metallurgy, for oxidation was launched.
- 2016 - The number of alloys produced by the plant amounted to more than 50 types.
- 2017 - Entry into a new market of secondary aluminum alloys, the first delivery to the U.S. consumers.
- 2018 - Successful implementation of formula pricing in sales of secondary aluminum alloys.
- 2019 - Certification of the QMS (Quality Management System) for compliance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 in the systems of Certification Association "Russian Register" and IQNet with accreditation of the Dutch Accreditation Council Rva and requirements of ГОСТ Р ИСО 9001-2015 in the system of Certification Association "Russian Register" with accreditation of the RF Federal Accreditation Service.
- 2020 - Getting the diploma of the Ministry of Industry, Science and Technology of the Republic of Mordovia "Exporter of the Year of the Republic of Mordovia" (2nd place in the nomination "The best enterprise-exporter with a high share of export deliveries").
- 2021 - Development of interregional network of hubs for collection of non-ferrous metal scrap with attraction of new suppliers of raw materials. Modernization of the foundry conveyor design in the smelting shop in order to improve the quality of products. Installation and commissioning of a line for the processing of salt slag generated in the process of own aluminum alloy production.
